With new digs and a solid business model, E-Technologies Group says it can now set its sights solely on growth.

The company has expanded with a satellite office in Greensboro, N.C. and has made investments in technology and workforce at its new office at 6230 Muhlhauser Road. Now it's looking to local colleges to help it expand its workforce.

E-Technologies is an automation integrator that oversees automation engineering, IT and related services for industrial and manufacturing clients in industries including food processing and consumer goods companies.

Stuart Herman, HR director for E-Technologies group, said the company completed a move in June from a 7,000-square-foot office just off I-75 to its new 27,000-square-foot space.

The West Chester office currently employs 95 with room to grow to 160. Herman said the company is looking for computer programmers, electrical engineers, and software experts and is recruiting from area universities like Miami University and University of Cincinnati. It will add about 10 employees a year over the next several years, Herman said.

At the same time, it has established a Greensboro office with three employees, primarily for sales. That office could grow in the next few years as well.

The new West Chester space also has an on-site lab and several major technology investments to help with training, which Herman said has helped prepare the workforce for factory operations and environments.
