West Chester Development Council, formerly known as the West Chester Community Improvement Corporation, is the designated economic development agency for West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio.  The West Chester Township Board of Trustees has designated the West Chester Development Council to advance, encourage and promote industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of the community.
