FCH, Inc./Steel & O'Brien

FCH, Inc. is a premier provider of highly engineered sanitary flow components equipping producers in the data center cooling, food, beverage and pharmaceutical markets.  FCH, Inc. manufacturing business units include Ace Sanitary, Steel & O’Brien and Strahman Group.  The company expects to create 230 new full-time positions generating $13.3 million in new annual payroll.  The project involves significant investment in machinery and equipment at a 179,000 square-foot facility 9701 Windisch Road to meet growing demand for its precision stainless steel components. The new facility will provide precision stainless-steel components, hoses, and custom assemblies engineered for high-performance liquid cooling in the growing data center market. The investment marks another decisive step in FCH’s sustained growth strategy in Ohio. The company’s expansion of its corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, reinforces the region as the center of its leadership, innovation, and long-term value creation. With the addition of the West Chester facility, FCH continues to scale its operational footprint while deepening its roots in the state.

Sense Neuro Diagnostics

Sense Neuro Diagnostics, a medical technology company improving outcomes for stroke and brain injuries opened a 10,000 square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility at 6037 Schumacher Park Drive. Sense’s NeuroHawk device, developed alongside the U.S. Department of Defense, uses radio frequency waves to detect and monitor brain bleeds, strokes and traumatic brain injuries.

Suncrest Care

Suncrest Care will expand and relocate its West Chester operations to a 5,720-square-foot Class A office facility at 9277 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park. Suncrest provides high-quality health care, palliative care or hospice care.  

The Urology Group

Urology Group will open an 8,600-square-foot medical office at 9228 Centre Pointe Drive. The Urology Group specializes in providing advanced care for a range of conditions involving cancer, the kidneys, urinary health and sexual health for men and women.

Whit’s Frozen Custard

Whit’s Frozen Custard will open a 985-square-foot shop at 8350 Liberty Way in the new Village North development anchored by Whole Foods. Whit’s features freshly made custards with a wide variety of ever-changing flavors.  

Wired to Bloom

Wired to Bloom, specializing in therapy and consulting services relocated to a 3,902 square-foot office at 8806 Cincinnati Dayton Road in Olde West Chester. Wired to Bloom provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults, groups and school-based services in its new play therapy haven. 

Hondros College

Hondros College will expand and relocate its existing West Chester educational facility to a 35,327-square-foot Class A office space at 9025 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park. Hondros College offers students an opportunity to earn degrees in nursing, medical assistant and more.  

Village Pediatric Dentistry

Village Pediatric Dentistry, a full-service pediatric dental practice focused on keeping children’s smiles healthy began a 1,227 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester dental office at 8179 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747. Village Pediatric Dentistry cultivates a safe, child-friendly environment that promotes oral health by providing education and partnering with families. 

Brassica

Brassica, a new 2,602-square-foot restaurant with patio, will open at 8280 Liberty Way in the new Village North development. Brassica features organic whole wheat pita, artisan tahini, nutritious chickpeas, antibiotic-free meats and a tremendous network of local growers and craft brewers. 

Subway

Subway will open a 603-square-foot shop at 7736 Liberty Field Drive in the new Liberty Fields development off Cox Road. Subway offers freshly-made, convenient and affordable meals.  

El Rancho Grande

El Rancho Grande will construct a 4,300-square-foot restaurant at 8350 Liberty Way in the new Village North development anchored by Whole Foods. El Rancho Grande is a family-owned business offering a variety of traditional Mexican specialties using only the freshest ingredients.  

Renew Medic

Renew Medic opened a 13,903-square-foot facility at 5252 Rialto Road. Renew Medic is a specialty cabinet restoration and repair company specializing in water- or fire-damaged cabinetry. 

Wellness City

Wellness City will open a 3,602-square-foot spa at 8350 Liberty Way in the new Village North development anchored by Whole Foods. Wellness City offers red light therapy, tanning, hydro massage and cryotherapy in its state-of-the-art facility. 

Beckett Wine & Liquor

Beckett Wine & Liquor announced a 1,700-square-foot expansion to its existing liquor store at 8211 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747. Beckett Wine & Liquor offers a wide selection of classics to new artisan brands across brandy, cordials, gin, rum, tequila, vodka and whiskey.    

Rita’s of West Chester 

Rita’s of West Chester will open a 358-square-foot shop at 7734 Liberty Field Drive in the new Liberty Field development off Cox Road. Rita’s specializes in Italian Ice, custard and happiness.  

Biggby Coffee

Biggby Coffee will open a 540-square-foot coffee shop at 7732 Liberty Field Drive in the Liberty Field development off Cox Road. Biggby Coffee is a national chain that features a variety of coffees, teas, bagels and muffins.

7-Eleven

7-Eleven (formerly Speedway) announced it will raze its existing convenience store and fuel station at 7397 Tylersville Road at I-75 and redevelop the site with a new, reconfigured 4,816-square-foot store and fueling station. 7-Eleven is a popular American convenience store with locations across the United States. 

H&R Block

H&R Block opened a 1,511-square-foot office at 4878 Union Centre Pavilion Drive. H&R Block is a full-service tax preparation provider with more than 9,000 offices nationwide.  

On Shelf Marketing Group (OSMG)

On Shelf Marketing Group (OSMG) announced a 30,894-square-foot expansion at its 9922 Windisch Road facility. OSMG is a full-service broker specializing in Walmart, Kroger, and Costco best-in-market national representation. 

Tamlin Roofing & Windows

Tamlin Roofing & Windows opened a 2,000-square–foot facility at 9016 Sutton Place. Tamlin Roofing & Windows is a locally-owned roofing, siding and window company. 

Veterinarian Emergency Group (VEG)

Veterinarian Emergency Group (VEG), offering customer-focused, 24-hour emergency pet care will open a 4,807 square-foot facility at 8370 Liberty Way. From accident wounds to complex surgeries, Veterinarian Emergency Group is the place to go with any kind of pet emergencies.

Cincinnati Entertainment Services announced a 1,672-foot-addition to its existing corporate headquarters at 9025 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747. Cincinnati Entertainment Services is a full-scale production service offering its clients a one-stop shop for lighting, audio, video, rigging, staging, DJ services and more. 

Precision Hose

Precision Hose will open a 33,753–square-foot manufacturing facility at 4600 Interstate Drive in the TLP Capital Center. Precision Hose manufacturers square locked and interlocked metal hoses as well as fabricating corrugated metal hose assemblies.

Hearing Speech & Deaf Center

Hearing Speech & Deaf Centerrelocated its existing West Chester business to a 3,100-square-foot medical facility at 4866 Wunnenburg Way. MZ Controls, industrial valve and actuator manufacturers opened a 24,000 square-foot facility at 10080 Commerce Park Drive. MZ Controls provides high-quality valves, actuators, automated assemblies and accessories from water and steam applications to severe and high-pressure services.

Glo30will open a 1,435-square-foot space at 7688 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Centre. Glo30’s monthly facial membership offers revolutionizing skincare with all-inclusive, AI-customized facials that evolve around the customer’s needs. 

Evo Repairs

Evo Repairs opened a 1,497-square-foot facility at 9322 Union Centre Boulevard in the US Bank building. Evo Repairs offers expert electronic repair services for phones, tablets and computers.  

Café Patachou

Café Patachou will open a 2,972-square-foot restaurant at 8370 Liberty Way in the new Village North development anchored by Whole Foods. Café Patachou offers all-day breakfast, lunch, coffee and cocktails. 

Vicious Biscuit

Vicious Biscuit, an award-winning, fast-casual breakfast restaurant will open a 2,969 square-foot eatery at 7240 Outfitters Way. Known for its Southern hospitality, Vicious Biscuit serves up a wide variety of hand-crafted biscuit creations, including a Nashville hot chicken biscuit, the flame thrower biscuit, and a shrimp and Grits biscuit. 

Marathon

Marathon, a leading Ohio-based petroleum company will construct an 8,100 square-foot gas station and convenience store at 7730 Liberty Field Drive in The Fields development off Cox Road. Marathon operates the nation’s largest refining system with more than 6,000 stations nationwide. 

Kuku Revolving Sushi

Kuku Revolving Sushi, a new 3,190-square-foot Japanese restaurant will open at 7735 Cox Lane in Tylersville Corner. Kuku Revolving Sushi offers authentic Japanese hand-made sushi that makes its way around the restaurant on a revolving bar.

Lennox, a leader in energy-efficient and climate-control solutions leased a 20,000 square-foot facility at 9896 Windisch Road. DME Express

DME Express leased a 6,000-square-foot facility at 9856 Crescent Park Drive. DME Express focuses exclusively on providing high-quality durable medical equipment to hospice and nursing facility customers.

Kost Supply Group, a U.S. affiliate of Carworx, leased a 4,000-square-foot flex space at 9858 Windisch Road. Carworx offers more than 500 automotive finishing products and accessories.

Innovative Pulmonary Partners, specializing in oxygen equipment and supplies will open a 3,780 square-foot medical facility at 4740 Dues Drive in West Chester. Innovative Pulmonary Partners offers durable medical equipment including respiratory items such as CPAPA, BIPAPA, oxygen, home ventilators and more.

Aroma Café Coffee & Chai

Aroma Café Coffee & Chai will open a 1,192-square-foot café at 7967 Cincinnati Dayton Road in Lakota Plaza. Aroma Café Coffee & Chai will feature a variety of coffees, teas and more.

Ohio Cat

Ohio Cat will open a 24,080-square-foot facility at 2786 Crescentville Road. Ohio Cat is a commercial and industrial equipment provider.  

Hurricane Bay Car Wash

Hurricane Bay Car Wash announced a 2,251-square-foot expansion at 8291 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747.Hurricane Bay Car Wash will add new automated options including upscale detailing space and dog wash stations. 

Colewort LLC

Colewort LLC leased a 2,729-square-foot facility at 10139 Commerce Park Drive. Colewort LLC is a cabbage shredding and packaging facility.
