Sense Neuro Diagnostics

Sense Neuro Diagnostics, a medical technology company improving outcomes for stroke and brain injuries opened a 10,000 square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility at 6037 Schumacher Park Drive. Sense’s NeuroHawk device, developed alongside the U.S. Department of Defense, uses radio frequency waves to detect and monitor brain bleeds, strokes and traumatic brain injuries.

Wired to Bloom

Wired to Bloom, specializing in therapy and consulting services relocated to a 3,902 square-foot office at 8806 Cincinnati Dayton Road in Olde West Chester. Wired to Bloom provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults, groups and school-based services in its new play therapy haven.

MZ Controls, industrial valve and actuator manufacturers opened a 24,000 square-foot facility at 10080 Commerce Park Drive. MZ Controls provides high-quality valves, actuators, automated assemblies and accessories from water and steam applications to severe and high-pressure services. 

Vicious Biscuit

Vicious Biscuit, an award-winning, fast-casual breakfast restaurant will open a 2,969 square-foot eatery at 7240 Outfitters Way. Known for its Southern hospitality, Vicious Biscuit serves up a wide variety of hand-crafted biscuit creations, including a Nashville hot chicken biscuit, the flame thrower biscuit, and a shrimp and Grits biscuit. 

Marathon

Marathon, a leading Ohio-based petroleum company will construct an 8,100 square-foot gas station and convenience store at 7730 Liberty Field Drive in The Fields development off Cox Road. Marathon operates the nation’s largest refining system with more than 6,000 stations nationwide.

Lennox is committed to creating comfortable, healthier environments for residential and commercial customers with its portfolio of cooling, heating, indoor air quality and refrigeration systems.

Innovative Pulmonary Partners, specializing in oxygen equipment and supplies will open a 3,780 square-foot medical facility at 4740 Dues Drive in West Chester. Innovative Pulmonary Partners offers durable medical equipment including respiratory items such as CPAPA, BIPAPA, oxygen, home ventilators and more.
