Trew Automation

Trew Automation, a leading U.S.-owned and operated automated material handling solutions provider, will relocate and expand its Innovation and Support Center to a 330,000 square-foot facility at 5389 Provident Drive near its existing corporate headquarters on International Boulevard. This expansion brings Trew Automation’s total footprint in the region to nearly 595,000 square feet. Serving the North American retail, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce industries, Trew’s experienced staff and broad network of integrated partners enable uncommonly smart solutions scalable to any material handling needs. The expansion is part of Trew’s strategic growth plan and commitment to bringing jobs to the region. The expanded Innovation and Supper Center will house the Technology and Education (demonstration) Center and key functions including research and development, client support services, parts fulfillment, field material manufacturing and project staging of finished goods.  

SkyCell

SkyCell, a Swiss company specializing in manufacturing and shipping temperature-controlled hybrid containers, opened a 30,250 square-foot facility at 4578 Muhlhauser Road in West Chester Township. SkyCell specializes in manufacturing, maintaining, and tracking temperature-controlled air cargo containers used in the medical field to transport medicine, vaccines, tests and more. SkyCell works with pharmaceutical companies and provides technological solutions tailored for the global air cargo industry. SkyCell received an incentive from the State of Ohio and expects to create 30 full-time jobs, generating $2.1 million in new annual payroll. The new West Chester location is the center for its North American hub-and-spoke model for processing and repairing inventory, customer service and engineering services. SkyCell is changing the face of global pharmaceutical supply chains through a combination of hybrid containers, tracking software and risk management service.  

Oats Overnight

Oats Overnight, a nationwide packager and distributor of healthy, protein-rich breakfasts, leased an additional 244,097 square feet at 7757 and 7753 Union Centre Boulevard in NorthPoint Development’s West Chester Trade Center. Oats Overnight proudly produces more than 50 delicious flavors including protein oatmeal shakes, protein instant coffee, and apparel which can be ordered directly from its website or found nationwide in retailers including Walmart, Target, The Fresh Market, Meijer, Whole Foods and more. Customers are drawn to Oats Overnight for its high-quality, wholesome ingredients that ensures an entertaining journey with the brand. Oats Overnight consistently introduces new flavors and products that resonate with consumer preferences. According to NorthPoint Development, Oats Overnight now represents the highest gross square footage tenant within the 11 building industrial park.    

Shonan Machinery America, Inc.

Shonan Machinery America, Inc., a Japanese company providing professional services for automated production equipment and precision machinery, opened a 4,325 square-foot U.S. headquarters at 322 Crescentville Road. Shonan Machinery America is a subsidiary of Shonan Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in Japan in 1937. Corghi USA

Corghi USA, Inc., an Italian-based world leader in the mobility tire service segment and customizable tire service equipment sector, began a 10,800 square-foot expansion to its existing U.S. headquarters at 6067 Schumacher Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park. Corghi USA has a wide-ranging presence in the world markets due to its ability to offer excellent products including a wide and diverse range and package of premium quality services. The Corghi USA headquarters features a showroom highlighting its vehicle assistance equipment and offers a state-of-the-art seminar facility. WAWA, offering freshly prepared foods, beverages, coffee, and fuel services, will construct a new 6,372 square-foot convenience store with 7,150 square-foot fueling canopy at 7220 Veterans Boulevard across from the Voice of America MetroPark in West Chester. Founded in 1902, WAWA has been working hard to meet the evolving needs of the communities it serves. WAWA offers built-to-order customized fresh hoagies and sandwiches, handcrafted beverages, breakfast bowls, oven-fresh pizza, burgers, fries and more. WAWA is a privately-held, family-owned company with more than 200 years in American business.  

Re/Max Preferred Group

Re/Max Preferred Group, a full-service real estate team specializing in a high level of customer service, began a 1,400 square-foot Class A office expansion to its existing space at 9032 Union Centre Boulevard in Schumacher Dugan’s Union Centre Office Park. The Re/Max Preferred Group was founded in 1998 and is licensed to list and sell residential, commercial, new construction and land for Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana customers. Re/Max Preferred Group is a company built on the promise of exceptional customer service with the knowledge and experience to get desired results. 

United Dairy Farmers (UDF)

United Dairy Farmers (UDF), a family-founded dairy committed to making quality ice cream and related products, will construct a new 6,308 square-foot convenience store at 9100 Cincinnati Dayton Road at West Chester Road in place of its existing location. The new store will continue to offer hand-dipped cones, sundaes, milk shakes and malts with an expanded ice cream fountain and sit-down area on the “Dipside.” The updated UDF will also offer multiple varieties of hot foods on its “Ovenside” that can be made-to-order and cooked on demand. In addition, there will be a 5,844 square-foot self-service fuel canopy area for gasoline customers. Founded in 1940, UDF is still family owned with nearly 200 ice cream parlors and convenience stores in three states. 

Safelite Auto Glass

Safelite Auto Glass, specializing in auto glass repair and replacement services, will open a 4,924 square-foot facility at 5900 Muhlhauser Road near Union Centre Boulevard. Safelite was founded at a single location more than 70 years ago and has grown to become the largest auto glass specialist company in the U.S. with more than 850 locations nationwide. From front and rear windshields to side glass, Safelite is proud to serve 6.2 million customers every year. Custom Traffic Solutions (CTS), specializing in traffic control services for a variety of industries, relocated its corporate headquarters to a 10,200 square-foot facility at 9984 Commerce Park Drive. HotWorx

HotWorx, a 24-hour infrared fitness studio, opened a 1,338 square-foot facility at 8204 Princeton Glendale Road/SR 747 in Beckett Commons. HotWorx offers members unlimited, 24-hour access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts. HotWorx members achieve their fitness goals with 3D training—its powerful combination of heat, infrared energy and exercise. Willis Music

Willis Music, a trusted resource for anything musical, will relocate its existing West Chester store to a 9,869 square-foot facility at 9482 Meridian Way in World Park at Union Centre. Beginning in 1899 through today, Willis Music’s focus has always been on music education. From its internationally known educational piano catalog to one of the top retail music chains in America, Willis Music sells all types of musical instruments, accessories and print music at all its stores. Cintas specializes in work wear built with features that underscore the importance of the job including flame resistant clothing, industry leading products, comprehensive first aid and safety products and services. In addition, Cintas offers comprehensive services including thorough fire inspections that keep equipment ready, also restrooms and hygiene solutions. Ford Motor Company

Ford Motor Company, a global company committed to helping build a better world, will open a 14,795 square-foot training center at 8612 Jacquemin Drive in Schumacher Dugan’s Union Centre OfficePlex, a multi-tenant office building off Union Centre Boulevard. Ford develops and delivers innovative, must-have Ford trucks, sport utility vehicles, commercial vans and cars, and Lincoln luxury vehicles, along with connected services. The company’s Ford+ plan for growth and value creation combines existing strengths, new capabilities and always-on relationships with customers to enrich experiences for its customers and deepen their loyalty. Ford has 65 plants and employs more than 177,000 people worldwide. 

Party Centre

Party Centre, specializing in fine wine and spirits, will construct a new 14,000 square-foot multi-tenant building with 12,000 square feet built out for the new Party Centre at 8680 Beckett Road at Union Centre Boulevard. Party Centre is an Ohio liquor super store that will offer a wide variety of wines, beers and liquors, a wine fridge, beer cave, along with a tasting room and more. Party Centre’s selection ranges from long-established classics to innovative new artisan brands across brandy, cordials, gin, rum, tequila, vodka and whiskey. West Chester’s new Party Centre will feature everything from trending favorites to the most unique, hard-to-find bottles. The new West Chester Party Centre will also offer drive through pickup.

Ultimate Care Services, a top-notch health care provider focusing on medical and non-medical services, opened a 2,584 square-foot office at 4896 Wunnenberg Way in Beckett Ridge Professional Center off Union Centre Boulevard. Ultimate Care Services assists patients, manages illness and speeds recovery of the clients it serves by delivery medical and transportation services resulting in long-term growth of the client’s health enabling them to live independently. 3dB Labs

3dB Labs, creating innovative engineering solutions across a variety of industries with products designed to provide efficient and sustainable solutions, began a 5,411 square-foot Class A office expansion at its existing West Chester facility at 9050 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park. 3dB Labs designs, implements and delivers solutions in engineering, signal processing, signal analysis, software development, hardware manufacturing and development, using dynamic and multidisciplinary approaches. 3dB Labs was founded in 2004 by three engineers driven by the same desire—to maintain the highest quality customer relationships by consistently exceeding established expectations and never sacrificing quality for profit.  

Shannon Engine Support (SES)

Shannon Engine Support (SES), the CFM specialist lessor providing spare engine lease solutions, opened a 2,321 square-foot Class A office at 9025 Centre Pointe Park Drive in Centre Park Office Park. Headquartered in Ireland, SES specializes in providing spare engine programs for CFM56 and LEAP operators, including airlines, cargo operators and MROs. Dominos, operating more than 14,000 pizza restaurants in over 85 countries, announced it will open a 2,648 square-foot restaurant in the former White Castle facility at 8111 Highland Pointe Drive off Cincinnati Dayton Road. From humble beginnings as a single pizza restaurant in 1960, Domino’s has become today’s recognized world leader in pizza delivering with more than 1.5 million pizzas served each day. Dominos is dedicated to making and delivering delicious food with high-quality ingredients, and Domino’s delivery experts drive more than 10 million miles across the U.S. each week.  

Triton Stone Group

Triton Stone Group, one of the largest importers of natural stone, marble, granite and tile in the United States, will expand and relocate its existing West Chester business to a 41,088 square-foot facility at 7753 Union Centre Boulevard in West Chester Trade Center. Triton Stone offers a tailored selection of domestic and internationally sourced slabs to suit any design style and product preference including a wide assortment of standard and boutique tile for floors, walls and backsplashes. With 32 locations across 17 states, Triton Stone is positioned to deliver the best products, with a large network of slab and tile galleries, fabricator supply centers and regional distribution centers across the country. Alexandria Brewing 

Alexandria Brewing Company, a local craft brewery, will open a 4,875 square-foot brew house at 9964 Crescent Park Drive in the former DogBerry Brewing space. Alexandria Brewing loves beer and it shows. The head brewer at Alexandria Brewing is a graduate of the prestigious Siebel Institute of Technology (the oldest brewing school in the United States). While Alexandria Brewing brews several modern styles of beer, it’s head brewer roots all the recipes in traditional methods and brewing practices, which ensures a quality product every time. Alexandria Brewing also offers a full-service bar for wine and cocktails, and has partnered with Bender’s Pub Grub offering elevated American fare with a southern twist like an Andouille po’boy, shrimp and grits, and more.

Xcel Calibration & Diagnostics

Xcel Calibration & Diagnostics, a family-owned and operated full-service automotive repair facility specializing in diagnostics and calibration of computer systems, opened a 12,000 square-foot facility at 9643 Inter Ocean Drive. Xcel was founded on the idea that seamless repair experience should be standard, especially for body shops operating in the digital age. Chowdown Café, a new coffee shop and wine bar, opened a 2,400 square-foot cafe at 8095 Beckett Center Drive in Beckett Commons. Ready Golf 4K

Ready Golf 4K, featuring three state-of-the-art golf simulators, will open a 2,100 square-foot entertainment facility at 8213 Highland Pointe Drive in Highlands Retail Center off Cincinnati Dayton Road. Ready Golf 4K offers multiple ways to improve your golf game, with customers able to book industry leader Trackman golf simulator bays by the hour for up to two weeks in advance. Ready Golf 4K allows customers to bring their own food and drink to enjoy, as each bay features a bar top table with its own private refrigerator. All available courses that Trackman offers are equipped with crystal clear 4K resolution.

Little Diggers, where little hands become expert excavators, will open a 3,961 square-foot entertainment venue at 9442 Water Front Drive in the Streets of West Chester. This will be D & C Spa’s second West Chester location.
