Chappell Construction
Chappell Construction is a family-owned, West Chester-based land development company developing Chappell Crossing, a new 50-acre mixed-use development on the east side of Union Centre Boulevard north of West Chester Road. Construction began with its first 20,223-square-foot office building in 2004. A 42,000-square-foot banquet and convention center opened December 2007 with additional office/retail establishments planned for this development.
