Systecon, leading developers and manufacturers of custom pumping and control systems for HVAC water systems, began a 39,135 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester headquarters at 6121 Schumacher Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park. Systecon provides a variety of solutions for data centers including modular chiller plants with waterside economizers, and modular evaporative cooling and modular pumping systems. Systecon takes pride in developing new technologies in water management that save customer’s time, facility space and installation costs. 

Whole Foods Market

Whole Foods Market, a world leader in natural and organic foods with more than 500 stores in North America, Canada and the UK, will build a 40,000 square-foot market at 8300 Liberty Way in the new 50-acre Village North development planned for the northwest corner of Butler Warren Road and Liberty Way. In addition to its unshakeable commitment to sustainable agriculture, Whole Foods adds excitement and fun to shopping for groceries. The 13.6-acre Village North site plans include the Whole Foods with an attached 9,000 square-foot multi-tenant building, one 18,500 square-foot multi-tenant building, a second 8,000 square-foot multi-tenant building, and two outlots all located in West Chester Township.  

Duncan Supply Company

Duncan Supply Company, distributing a wide range of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, food service equipment, parts and accessories, opened a 56,833 square-foot Cincinnati branch at 7753 Union Centre Boulevard in the West Chester Trade Center.  Since 1936, Duncan Supply Company has taken pride in delivering the highest quality HVAC/R solutions and best value to its customers.  Duncan Supply is dedicated to providing value-added services and putting comfort and reliability in the hands of its partnering contractors and institutions.  Duncan recently announced the acquisition of the American Standard product line in Ohio and Northern Kentucky.  

Riello UPS America

Riello UPS America, manufacturers of uninterruptible power systems and power quality solutions, will relocate and expand its existing West Chester operations to a 16,918 square-foot facility at 8840 Beckett Road in West Chester Commerce Center. Riello UPS America has a solutions based approach understanding customer continuity goals and configuring a solution to meet those goals. Riello’s solutions typically integrate UPS, switchgear, battery systems, network interfaces, software and services, all provided from its North American Headquarters in West Chester.

Onions52, the country’s leading grower, packer and distributor of high-quality onions, will open a 62,208 square-foot distribution and packing facility 4285 Dues Drive.  Onions52 is a vertically integrated onion supplier that grows high-quality yellow, red, white, sweet, Sunions®, and certified organic onions.  Onions52 provides onions year round—52 weeks each year onions are rolling off its trucks.  Onions52 takes pride on offering quality, consistency and ease by growing and shipping its incredible onions across the country all year long to retail and food service suppliers. 

E.J. Thomas Company

E.J. Thomas Company, helping dry cleaners, laundromats, and commercial and on-site laundries thrive for 80 years, opened a 24,000 square-foot facility at 10080 Commerce Park Drive.  The EJ Thomas Company serves as the Midwest’s preferred supplier to the dry cleaning and laundry trades. From humble beginnings, EJ Thomas has grown to become part of Americlean, a larger organization serving dry cleaners, commercial laundries and laundromats throughout New England, New York, the Southeast and the Midwest. 

Titans Packaging

Titans Packaging, manufacturers of packaging processes, leased an 11,167 square-foot facility at 23 Circle Freeway Drive. Titans Packaging offers an experienced staff and innovative machine manufacturing that specializes in optimizing the packaging processes. Titans Packaging’s tabletop conveyor system offers a versatile design at an affordable price that makes it a popular system suited for a wide range of low-to-medium speed production environments. Titans Packaging also manufactures power rollers, gravity rollers, cartoners, packaging equipment and more. 

Floor & Décor

Floor & Décor, a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring, will open a 75,306 square-foot store at 7250 Cabela Drive (in the former Cabela’s location). Floor & Décor, a first-class retailer, offers the broadest in-stock selection of tile, wood, stone, related tools and flooring accessories at everyday low prices. Founded in 2000, Floor & Décor is one of Fortune’s 100 fastest-growing companies. At Floor & Décor, homeowners and professional contractors have access to superstore selections at warehouse prices all with showroom quality.  Additionally, two outlots are now available at the new Floor & Décor site. 

Third Federal Savings & Loan

Third Federal Savings & Loan, offering guaranteed low-rate mortgages, home equity lines of credit, savings accounts and more, will relocate its existing West Chester branch to an 8,639 square-foot office at 6192 Muhlhauser Road in the Huff Centre. Fastenal

Fastenal, one of the largest industrial supply networks in the country, relocated to a 9,510 square-foot facility at 9367 Allen Road in World Park at Union Centre. Fastenal provides companies with fasteners, tools, and supplies for manufacturing products, building structures, protecting personnel, and maintaining facilities and equipment. A variety of organizations partner with Fastenal to simplify and secure supply chains for a vast range of industrial products. Fastenal offers a suite of service models and technology solutions to bring efficiency, visibility and control. 

EST Analytical

EST Analytical, a manufacturer of analytical instruments for gas chromatography analysis, began a 1,200 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 503 Commercial Drive. Tobu Corp

Tobu Corp, a division of Food Systems Unlimited, purchased a 55,858 square-foot distribution facility at 10139 Commerce Park Drive. Tobu sets the bar for the next generation of fast food concepts for mall and airport food courts throughout the country. Tobu seeks to provide an innovative style and unique alternatives around the United States by serving only the finest ingredients and presenting the best possible experience for the customer. Food Systems Unlimited serves more than 8 million meals annually using only the finest ingredients working with local vendors and suppliers to provide the best dining experience possible. 

Crane 1

Crane 1, serving overhead crane and hoist customers in southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky and eastern Indiana, leased a 7,018 square-foot Class A office at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in Centre Pointe Office Park. Crane 1 has more than 25 qualified technicians, inspectors and project managers to provide superior service to its large customer base.  The certified, experienced and professional technicians at Crane 1 are dedicated to keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring overhead crane equipment is safe and operating to manufacturer’s specification.  

Upside Innovations

Upside Innovations manufactures, ships and installs ADA and IBC compliant stairs, ramps and canopies. They relocated and expanded existing West Chester operations to an 112,320 square-foot facility at 8800 Global Way off Union Centre Boulevard.  Upside Innovations’ tailor-made, durable aluminum stairs demonstrate its commitment to providing unique, functional solutions for challenging environments.  Upside’s focus is to fill a gap in the market by offering high-quality, attractive ramp systems while providing world-class service to the industry.  

OMNI Systems

OMNI Systems announced the acquisition of Honeywell’s Media business at its West Chester facility at 9290 LeSaint Court.  OMNI Systems provides a broad range of media including barcode labels, media tags, receipt paper, thermal media, RFID labels, and patient wristbands.  OMNI Systems will continue to operate the same centralized facility and Honeywell Media’s customers will have continued and uninterrupted access to the products and services they have come to expect.  OMNI Systems is confident that this acquisition will enable them to provide its customers with even more innovative and customized solutions to meet evolving needs. 

Kroger Marketplace

Kroger Marketplace, a new 122,910 square-foot full-service market will be constructed on Cox Road in West Chester Plaza to replace the existing store nearly doubling its size.  The new Kroger Marketplace will feature expanded offerings in many departments including pharmacy, health and beauty care.  The Marketplace will also feature a cheese shop, an expanded deli, bakery, general merchandise, home goods, kitchenware and toys.  The new store will offer Starbucks and a fuel station with 18 dispensers creating a one-stop-shopping experience for its customers. The nearly 30-acre site will include more than 770 parking spaces and have room for future development.  

ACTEGA North America

ACTEGA North America, a leading manufacturer of water-based and energy curable coatings, inks and adhesives for the printing and graphic arts industries, leased a 15,850 square-foot facility at 5474 Spellmire Drive off International Boulevard. ACTEGA North America, a division of Altana, offers products with high-value visual and functional appearances to paper, board, metal and plastic. ACTEGA has highly specialized technical sales and applications teams dedicated to bringing surfaces to life.  

NovaCare Rehabilitation

NovaCare Rehabilitation, specializing in outpatient physical therapy, began a 1,058 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 7720 Dudley Drive near West Chester Hospital.  At NovaCare Rehabilitation, the experienced clinical team designs an individualized plan of care for each patient that aligns with their specific goals and needs all provided in a safe, compassionate environment.  NovaCare is a division of Select Medical, one of the largest providers of critical illness recovery in hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation centers and occupational health clinics in the United States.  

IM DAZED

IM DAZED, a full-service smoke shop, opened a 1,350 square-foot store at 9225 Floer Drive off Union Centre Boulevard. IM Dazed is a one-stop destination for vaping needs with a wide selection of vape products including glass products, CBD, tobacco, disposables, hookahs and smoking accessories. The staff at IM Dazed is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with all of their vaping needs.

Reliable Dental, featuring Dr. Sarbjit Thind, will open a 2,458 square-foot dental office at 7665 Monarch Court off Kingsgate Way. In addition to providing beautiful smiles, Dr. Thind and the staff at Reliable Dental treat each patient as a member of the family and enjoy getting to know them personally. Khan Signs & Awnings, a full-service electrical sign manufacturer, opened a 5,000 square-foot shop at 9077 Goldpark Drive off Port Union Road.  The in-house design team at Khan Signs provides creative, site-appropriate solutions for its customers and fulfills all of the permitting requirements for each project.  Khan Sign & Awnings manufacturers the custom signs and its experienced staff installs them on site.

Rally House, a specialty sports store, will relocate and expand to a 9,566 square-foot space at 7676 Voice of America Centre Drive near its current location in the VOA Shopping Centre. Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric, one of the largest home service providers, opened a 10,000 square-foot facility at 6170 Centre Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park.  Tom Drexler Plumbing is locally-owned and operated with six divisions to serve its customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.  The company offers a fleet of more than 200 trucks and a management team with more than 100 years’ experience.  Tom Drexler’s upfront pricing means customers know they are dealing with a company they can trust.  

Shell Oil

Shell Oil, gas station and convenience store, will construct a new 8,000 square-foot facility at 8573 Cincinnati Dayton Road just east of Interstate 75. Shell offers premium quality gasoline and diesel fuel products. The convenience store will carry a variety of food and beverage options, as well as other convenience items. Timpe Automotive, offering quality automotive repair services, opened a 2,400 square-foot facility at 8768 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42 north of West Chester Road.  The highly qualified technicians at Timpe Automotive have more than 25 years’ experience serving the public. The Timpe staff is dedicated to providing customers with the highest level of service for all maintenance and repair needs in order to keeping cars running smoothly and customers safe.  

Coterie Lounge & Café

VIP Smoke Shop, providing a wide variety of smoking products, opened a 1,525 square-foot shop at 7809 Cincinnati Dayton Road. VIP Smoke Shop offers a selection of vape products at affordable prices. Bliss Home Market, hosting monthly sales of high-quality furniture with the latest styles, will open a 14,600 square-foot facility at 9415 Meridian Way in World Park at Union Centre.  Bliss Home Market provides exceptional products to create beautiful homes by partnering with industry leading manufacturers to buy direct from all across the country. The goal at Bliss Home Market is to operate out of a warehouse, buy direct from manufacturers and have minimal staff overhead so savings can be passed directly to its customers.  

Crepe It

Crepe It, specializing in delicious artistic crepes and waffles, opened a 1,115 square-foot shop at 7743 Tylersville Road in Tylersville Pointe. At Crepe It, customers can build their own crepes, waffles or pancakes and choose from a variety of spreads such as milk chocolate, Lotus, pistachio, peanut butter, honey, syrup and toppings including strawberry, banana, Reese’s or choose from Crepe It specialties. Café Vino & Espresso, a new family-owned coffee shop selling locally-roasted coffees and wines, will open a 1,400 square-foot cafe at 8095 Beckett Center Drive in Beckett Commons. Café Vino & Espresso offers a wide variety of beverages from regional vendors served in a relaxing atmosphere. Café Vino & Espresso takes pride in providing a relaxing environment for customers to enjoy coffees and wines day and night. 

VIVA Cincy Restaurant & Bar

VIVA Cincy Restaurant & Bar, offering a modern take on Central American cuisine, will open a 7,300 square-foot restaurant and bar at 7844 Kingland Drive (in the former Fricker’s location).  VIVA Cincy Restaurant & Bar will serve a variety of unique dishes including Mexican and Guatemalan options with the rich fusion of flavors sure to please any crowd.  VIVA Cincy’s professional bartenders have also created a custom cocktail menu with Latin American flare to delight VIVA Cincy Restaurant’s customers. 

S & S Eyebrow Threading and Waxing

S & S Eyebrow Threading and Waxing, a one-stop shop for all things brows and lashes, opened a 1,200 square-foot salon at 7743 Tylersville Road in Tylersville Pointe.  S & S Eyebrow offers expert threading and tinting services along with eyelash extensions.  The friendly and experienced technicians at S & S Eyebrow help customers achieve the look they want whether natural or dramatic. 

Innovatures

Innovatures, offering new EV charging stations, will open soon at 7428 Tylersville Road (between Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts).Innovatures will host two DC fast chargers that provide a combined output of 360kW, simultaneously charging four CCS-equipped electric vehicles at 90kW each.All four EV charging spots accommodate large electric vehicles and provides easy wheelchair access.Customers can initiate charging via the ChargeLab app, available on Apple and Google Play Store.   

Taqueria Mi Guerrero

Taqueria Mi Guerrero, a new family-owned restaurant specializing in authentic Mexican street food, will open a 6,800 square-foot eatery at 9536 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42 in Dimmick Plaza. Taqueria Mi Guerrero will offer handmade dishes such as tacos, tortas and fajitas. The chefs at Taqueria Mi Guerrero will prepare fare from their home town traditionally offered by the street vendors and small traditional markets in Guerrero, Mexico.

Chaykhana N1 Ubzek Cuisine, specializing in Uzbek inspired dishes, announced a 1,200 square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester restaurant at9536 Cincinnati Columbus Road/SR 42 in Dimmick Plaza. Chaykhana N1 serves traditional Uzbek dishes such as Shurpa and Plov, a rice pilaf that is considered Uzbekistan’s national dish, along with other central Asian cuisine. The menu at Chaykhana includes meats served as soups, chops and pies with vegetable dishes, hand-pulled noodles and kebabs.
