Provides post-sales support and services to customers using various Cisco technologies. Voice (Knowledge of Unified Communications Manager, Unity, Contact Center Express, Gateways, Gatekeepers) Cisco Security Products i.e. (Clean Access, ASA, CSA, Pix, IPS, ACS etc..) and Cisco Wireless Products i.e. (Light Weight AP's, IOS Based AP's, Controllers, UCS). Also proficient in designing, installing, and integrating LAN's/WAN's to ensure interoperability of complex conceptual and tactical solutions to customers networks. Develop strong relationships & works with customer technical personnel to provide high level support & debug network problems at advanced levels of complexity.
Certifications: CCVP and or CCNP. CCIE preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, BSEE/ CS or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years related network engineering and customer support experience. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VTP, Spanning tree, QoS. Proficient in configuration of Cisco Routers/Switches.
