About Our Services
West Chester Development Council is a non-profit corporation, representing a public/private partnership between the township and the private business sector, which is governed by a 5 member board of directors.
West Chester Development Council's mission is to aggressively encourage and assist in the growth of West Chester's business sector through the attraction and expansion of companies and projects which will positively impact the community. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of West Chester Development Council and West Chester to position the community as a profitable business location through the continuous improvement of the business operating environment.
West Chester Development Council will accomplish this mission by working closely with numerous stakeholders, including the West Chester Administration, the development community, the existing business community and other local, regional and state organizations.

Multi-Agency Cooperation
West Chester Development Council is actively involved in the regional economic development coalitions formed to promote Butler County and Greater Cincinnati to the national and international marketplace. West Chester Development Council is a founding board member of the Economic Development Association of Butler County (EDABC) and an active participant in the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce's Partnership for Greater Cincinnati.

Successor to the Blue Chip Campaign, the Partnership for Greater Cincinnati is a broad-based initiative that unifies the region's resources, marketing efforts and economic development infrastructure to deliver unprecedented efficiency and effectiveness - and the rewards that go with it to all of our stakeholders.
Complementing the work of the Metropolitan Growth Alliance and facilitated by the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, the Partnership for Greater Cincinnati was created to provide a unified face for the region's three states, 13 counties and more than 200 municipalities and local units of government. The Partnership's goal is to lead Greater Cincinnati beyond the success indicators of our "gazelle city" competitors over the next five years.

The West Chester Chamber Alliance has approximately 650 members, a professional staff of six, and a thirteen member executive board. Membership is open to all businesses, to non-profit organizations and to retired professionals. The West Chester Chamber Alliance service area of West Chester and Liberty Townships has been labeled one of the fastest growing regions in Ohio, and the Chamber is positioned to provide the services and support needed to develop exceptional businesses in an exceptional community.
