Featured Projects AK Steel Corporate Headquarters AK Steel announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters and 300 employees to Centre Pointe Office Park at Union Centre in August 2007. The company will occupy Building 5, a new 136,000 sq.ft. office tower with underground parking constructed by Duke Realty. The offices overlook a new urban park being developed by West Chester Township. Towne Centre Square at Union Centre is a new $16 million office-retail project announced by Towne Centre Square Partners for West Chester’s central business district. Construction will begin spring 2007 on the first phase, a three-story, 75,000 sq.ft. office/retail building on five acres in the Union Centre District (Centre Pointe and Towne Centre Drives in West Chester Towne Centre). Caribou Coffee announced it will open a 1,672 sq.ft. coffeehouse in the Beckett Ridge District at 4747 Tylersville Road. Elford Development is constructing the Tylersville Retail Center at the corner of Tylersville and Princeton-Glendale Road. Caribou Coffee is slated to open late May 2007 with 20 employees.
