Union Centre Office Park, a new 28,800 square foot office condominium development was announced by Unit Building Services. The development, located on Eagle Ridge Court off Lakota Drive West (Union Centre District), will consist of two 14,400 square foot buildings divisible to 1,200 square foot units for sale.
