A & E Diepro, specializing in tool and die moldings, announced in December 2004 it will expand its existing West Chester business to a new 1,997-square-foot facility at 4739 Interstate Drive south of Muhlhauser Road.

Accredited Home Lenders, a full-service lending company, leased a 4,914-square-foot office facility at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Campus owned by Duke Realty in December 2004.

Ace Hardware
Ace Hardware announced in July 2004 it is opening a U.S. Post Office in its West Chester store. The facility within Ace will be called U.S. Post Office Contract Unit and will offer most of the functions performed at the main branch except selling money orders and tracking packages. Ace Hardware is located at 7852 Cincinnati-Dayton Road west of Interstate 75.

Acuity Medical Acupuncture
Acuity Medical Acupuncture, licensed medical acupuncture practice, announced in May 2004 it opened a new facility at 7593 Tylers Place Boulevard off Tylersville Road in the Mercy Health Complex.

AirRite Chimney Restoration & Masonry
AirRite Chimney Restoration & Masonry, offering wood, gas, and pellet stoves, gas logs, fireplace and heating products, announced in April 2004 it will open a new retail store at 9348 Cincinnati-Columbus Road (U.S. 42) south of Cox Road. Allied Building Products, wholesale distributor of building materials, leased a 66,274-square-foot facility at 4782 Muhlhauser Road on the northwest corner of Princeton-Glendale Road in September 2004. This will be Allied's second Cincinnati location, which it expects to open in Spring 2005.

American United Life Insurance Company
American United Life Insurance Company opened a 1,891-square-foot office at 9050 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park during October 2004. The Centre Pointe Office Park buildings are now owned, leased and managed by Duke Realty.

Above Basic Cleaning
Above Basic Cleaning leased a 150-square-foot office facility at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park during November 2004.

Accutek Testing Laboratory
Accutek Testing Laboratory leased a 2,508-square-foot facility at 9799 Princeton-Glendale Road south of Muhlhauser Road in November 2004.

Ambiance
Ambiance, a full-service Aveda Salon, announced in January 2004 it will open its second Cincinnati location at 9437 Civic Centre Boulevard in the Streets of West Chester Development Council off Union Centre Boulevard. The 4,508-square-foot salon is expected to open by Summer 2004.

Applied Machine Technology
Applied Machine Technology, services and retrofits CNC equipment, opened a 2,500-square-foot facility at 8649 Cincinnati-Columbus Road north of Cox Road in October 2004.

Atricure
Atricure, a developer of medical devices, announced a 5,000-square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility in July 2004. Atricure will have a 12,222-square-foot facility at 6033 Schumacher Park Drive in the Schumacher Commerce Park when the expansion is completed.

Automotive 1
Automotive 1, full-service automotive repair facility, opened a 3,200-square-foot shop at 7984 Cincinnati-Dayton Road west of I-75 in August 2004.

Bank One
Bank One began construction in March 2004 it will begin construction on a new West Chester bank branch at 7722 Cox Lane north of Tylersville Road in the Voice of America Centre district. The new Bank One branch will open January 2005 offering bi-lingual/Spanish drive-up ATM and bi-lingual/Spanish audio assist for the visually impaired.

Beckett Psychology
Beckett Psychology leased a 894-square-foot medical office space at 8080 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Center in September 2004.

Beckett Towne Center/Building 1
Beckett Towne Center, a new 100,000 square foot medical and professional office park, was announced in June 2004. Construction has begun at the 14-acre site located on the east side of Princeton-Glendale Road just north of Union Centre Boulevard. The first phase of the office park will include a 27,000-square-foot building that will house Ohio Bancorp, Vintage Land Title and Park National Bank. Ohio Bancorp is the parent company of OBC Development who is developing this project.

Benco Dental
Benco Dental, a dental supply, equipment and consulting company, leased a 6,575-square-foot office/warehouse facility at 9990 International Boulevard in World Park during February 2004.

Big League Haircuts
Big League Haircuts, affordable, sports-themed hair care shop with televisions at every station, announced in December 2004 it will open its second Cincinnati location in a 980-square-foot facility at 7594 Cox Lane in the Marketplace of West Chester retail development on the University Pointe Medical Campus complex.

Bird Garden (The)
The Bird Garden, a speciality bird accessory store, leased a 1,400-square-foot space in January 2004 at 7602 Cox Lane in the new Marketplace of West Chester retail center in the University Pointe campus on Cox Road.

Blessings of Home
Blessings of Home, antiques and home décor gift shop, opened a 2,684-square-foot retail center in September 2004 at 9039 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Olde West Chester.

Bob Meyer & Son
Bob Meyer & Son, a retail flooring, warehousing, and installation company, leased a 4,080-square-foot facility at 9679 Cincinnati-Dayton Road north of Crescentville Road in April 2004.

Bonefish Grill
Bonefish Grill, a polished casual seafood restaurant, announced in July 2004 it will begin construction on a new 5,500-square-foot restaurant in the Voice of America Centre at 9603 Cox Road.

Breadsmith
Breadsmith, a European artisan-style hearth bread bakery, announced in March 2004 it will open a 2,100-square-foot store at 7580 Cox Lane in the Marketplace of West Chester retail center at University Pointe. Breadsmith expects to open mid-June 2004.

Brewed Awakenings
Brewed Awakenings, an upscale coffee house, announced in April 2004 it will lease a 1,750-square-foot retail facility in the new Union Centre Retail Plaza on Floer Drive just off Union Centre Boulevard. The center is being developed by Schumacher Dugan Construction Company.

Brinks Home Security
Brinks Home Security, the world's largest home security system provider, leased a 4,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility at 9792 Windisch Road in Union Commerce Center during February 2004.

Brose, Dr. Susan, M.T.
Dr. Susan Brose, M.T., licensed massage therapist, leased a 150-square-foot medical office space at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Center during May 2004.

Buckeye Granite and Stone
Buckeye Granite and Stone leased a 7,500-square-foot facility in July 2004 at 4858 Provident Drive off State Route 747 south of Muhlhauser Road.

Buddy's Carpet
Buddy's Carpet, the tenth largest specialty flooring company in America, announced in October 2004 it will open a 3,200-square-foot retail facility at 7721 Cox Lane in the Tylersville Corner retail center being developed by Midland Atlantic.

Butler County Board of MR/DD
Butler County Board of MR/DD, assisting individual and their families with developmental disabilities to successfully live, work, and learn in the community, opened a 2,500-square-foot West Chester Community Services center at 7969 Cincinnati-Dayton Road at Tylersville at the Lakota Plaza in August 2004.

Caroline's Jewelry
Caroline's Jewelry leased a 1,800-square-foot retail facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road in the West Chester Village Retail Center (Beckett District) in July 2004.

Carter's
Carter's, the number one branded children's apparel company in America, announced in January 2004 plans to open a new 4,000-square-foot retail store at 7686 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre shopping district at Cox and Tylersville Roads.

Casi Mexico
Casi Mexico, Mexican restaurant, announced in May 2004 it will open at 3,600-square-foot restaurant at 10154 Princeton-Glendale Road at the northeast corner of Crescentville Road and Princeton-Glendale Road in the Tri-County Business Center.

Chappell Crossing
Chappell Crossing, a new 50-acre mixed-use development on the east side of Union Centre Boulevard north of West Chester Road began construction on its first 20,223-square-foot office building. The retail portion of the development will begin in 2006. This project is being developed by Chappco of West Chester.

Chop Sticks
Chop Sticks, French Vietnamese cuisine, announced in October 2004 it will open a 3,200-square-foot restaurant on Cox Lane in the Tylersville Corner retail center being developed by Midland Atlantic.

Cincinnati Tan
Cincinnati Tan, Greater Cincinnati's largest tanning centers, announced in December 2004 it will lease a 3,200-square-foot facility in the Tylersville Corner retail center being developed by Midland Atlantic on the northwest corner of Cox and Tylersville Roads. This will be Cincinnati Tan's eighth area location.

Coldstone Creamery
Coldstone Creamery - a new specialty ice cream store in Streets of West Chester is now open!

Coley & Associates
Coley & Associates law firm will occupy a 3,998-square-foot office facility in the new U.S. Bank Centre building at 9332 Union Centre Boulevard. The center is expected to open Winter 2004. The center is being developed by Schumacher Dugan Construction Company.

Community Blood Center
Community Blood Center, regional not-for-profit blood bank that fulfills the total daily blood needs of patients in all hospitals within its 15-county service area, announced it will relocate its Hamilton field office to a new 3,524-square-foot facility at 8731 Union Centre Boulevard in the new Chappell Crossing development.

Cookie Cutters
Cookie Cutters, a specialty hair salon for children, announced in February 2004 a new 1,463-square-foot salon at 7684 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre on Cox Road.

Cornerstone Consolidated Services
Cornerstone Consolidated Services, a distribution facility for upscale catalog companies, leased a 220,000-square-foot distribution center in January 2004 at 8754 Trade Port Drive. The facility is located in the Port Union Distribution Center accessible off Port Union Road. Cornerstone is one of West Chester Township's top employers. Their corporate headquarters is located and main distribution center are located on West Chester Road west of Union Centre Boulevard.

Country 20 Storage & Transfer
Country 20 Storage & Transfer, warehouse and trucking distribution facility, leased a 19,250-square-foot facility at 9811 Harwood Court off Commercial Drive in August 2004.

Creation Nail Salon
Creation Nail Salon, full-service nail salon, announced in July 2004 it will open a 1,200-square-foot retail facility in the Marketplace of West Chester retail center at the University Pointe campus on Cox Road.

Dell
Dell, the world's largest direct-sale computer vendor, announced it will open a new 427,000-square-foot distribution center at 9701 Windisch Road off Allen Road. Dell will be investing a minimum of $31 million dollars and creating as many as 665 jobs within three years. The center was developed by OPUS North Corporation.

Deluxe Cleaners
Deluxe Cleaners, full service dry cleaner, announced it will open a 1,258-square-foot facility at 7741 Cox Lane in the Tylersville Corner retail center developed by Midland Atlantic in October 2004.

Desi Corner Grocery
Desi Corner Grocery opened a 2,400-square-foot store at 6896 Tylersville Road south of Cincinnati-Dayton Road in January 2004.

Dr. Charles Manilla
Dr. Charles Manilla announced in October 2004 he will open a 2,600-square-foot dental practice at 7370 Kingsgate Lane off Tylersville Road.

Drs. Barton Fogel & Stephen Wendt
Drs. Barton Fogel & Stephen Wendt, pediatric and general dental practitioners, leased a 4,067-square-foot medical office facility at 7777 University Drive in the University Pointe Medical Campus on Cox Road. The dental facility is expected to open October 2004.

Edy's Grand Ice Cream
Edy's Grand Ice Cream, America's most recognized name in ice cream, leased a 7,200-square-foot facility at 9671 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Schumacher Commerce Park Building 7 during November 2004.

El Ranchito Restaurant
El Ranchito Restaurant announced in October 2004 it will open a 2,732-square-foot eatery at 9292 Cincinnati-Columbus Road south of Cox Road.

Enable Medical Corporation/Atricure
Enable Medical Corporation/Atricure, manufacturer of medical bipolar scissors, leased a 5,440-square-foot facility at 6211 Centre Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park during December 2004. This is Enable/Atricure's second West Chester location.

Entenmann's
Entenmann's, quality baked goods since 1898, announced in July 2004 it will build a new 15,000-square-foot freestanding office/distribution center at 9933 Cincinnati-Dayton Road south of Union Centre Boulevard. Schumacher Dugan Construction will develop this project.

Estep Automotive Service
Estep Automotive Service, full-service automotive repair facility, announced in May 2004 it will begin a 1,400-square-foot expansion of its existing facility located at the corner of Cox Road and State Route 42.

Fantastic Sam's
Fantastic Sam's, world's largest full-service hair care franchise, announced in May 2004 it will lease a 1,585-square-foot facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road in the West Chester Village Retail Center across from Beckett Commons. The salon is expected to open by September 2004.

Fastenal
Fastenal, a supplier of industrial and construction supplies, opened a 4,733-square-foot facility in March 2004 at 9964 Crescent Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park.

F.A. Tech Corporation
F.A. Tech Corporation, manufacturer of custom automated flame brazing and soldering systems, leased a 6,400-square-foot facility in July 2004 at 9065 Sutton Place off State Route 747 south of Port Union Road.

First Watch
First Watch, one of the largest, privately-owned, daytime-only restaurants in the United States, announced it will open a 3,600-square-foot eatery late September 2004 at 9233 Floer Drive and Union Centre Boulevard just west of Muhlhauser Road in the Union Centre Retail Center. The retail center was developed by Schumacher Dugan Construction Company.

Foundations Learning Center
Foundations Learning Center, educational tutoring services for kindergarten through 6th grade, leased a 1,500-square-foot office facility at 8102 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Center during May 2004.

Fourth R (The)
Fourth R (The), a full-service provider of computer training solutions in Microsoft applications for office and home users, opened a 1,300 square-foot satellite office at 7908 Cincinnati-Dayton Road west of I-75. Fourth R's corporate headquarters is located in Middletown, Ohio.

Frame & Save
Frame & Save, offering custom frames, prints and artwork, announced in October 2004 it will open a new 1,210-square-foot store at 7751 Cox Lane in the Tylersville Corner retail center being developed by Midland Atlantic.

G's Apparel
G's Apparel, clothing store, announced in November 2004 it will lease an 875-square-foot facility at 7324 Kingsgate Way off Tylersville Road.

Goode & Koleich Law Office
Goode & Koleich Law Office leased a 312-square-foot office facility at 8060 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park during November 2004.

Granite Transportation
Granite Transportation, third-party logistics provider, leased a 5,046-square-foot facility at 4796 Interstate Drive off State Route 747 south of Muhlhauser Road in July 2004.

Great Clips
Great Clips, one of the largest franchisers in the hair care industry, announced in October 2004 it will open a 1,600-square-foot shop at 7673 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre shopping district.

Great Steak & Potato
Great Steak & Potato announced plans in January 2004 to open its second 1,530-square-foot restaurant in West Chester at 7690 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre at Cox and Tylersville Roads.

Gutter Shutter
Gutter Shutter, specializing in complete gutter protection systems, announced in November 2004 it will build a 3,847-square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 856 E. Crescentville Road.

Hampton Inn & Suites
Hampton Inn & Suites, a member of the Hilton family hotels, announced in January 2004 it will build a new 57,914-square-foot hotel at 9266 Schulze Drive off Muhlhauser Road just south of Union Centre Boulevard. This project represents a $7.5 million dollar investment and will add 15 new jobs.

Haire Bohmer Wealth Management
Haire Bohmer Wealth Management, a financial planning firm, relocated its existing West Chester business to a 4,186-square-foot office facility at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park during April 2004.

Hannah Paper
Hannah Paper, a commercial paper recycler, announced in December 2004 it will lease a 57,200-square-foot office/warehouse/processing facility at 4287 Dues Drive south of Muhlhauser Road off of Princeton-Glendale Road.

Home Care Pharmacy
Home Care Pharmacy, providing nursing home pharmaceutical supplies, announced it will expand its existing West Chester business to a 23,910-square-foot leased facility at 5549 Spellmire Drive off International Boulevard in August 2004.

HomeGate Mortgage
HomeGate Mortgage, focusing on the West Chester area and offering a complete menu of mortgage products, leased a 3,200-square-foot office facility at 9100 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park in August 2004.

Huff Realty
Huff Realty announced in October 2004 it will build a 30,190-square-foot retail center at 6190 Muhlhauser Road at Centre Pointe Drive in the Union Centre District. The retail center will house an 8,000-square-foot Huff Real Estate office with the remaining space available for other office/retail opportunities. Schumacher Dugan Construction is developing the project.

Huntington Learning Center
Huntington Learning Center, offering children tutoring and supplemental instruction in reading, writing, mathematics and study skills, announced in August 2004 it will open a 2,400-square-foot facility at 8177 Princeton-Glendale Road in the West Chester Village Retail Center.

Hurricane Beckett Ridge Auto Wash
Hurricane Beckett Ridge Auto Wash announced in February 2004 they plan to add an additional 812-square-feet for two new car wash bays at its 8291 Princeton-Glendale Road location just south of Smith Road.

Indiana Wesleyan University
Indiana Wesleyan University announced in January 2004 a new 30,000-square-foot educational facility will be built at 9286 Schulze Drive off Muhlhauser Road just south of Union Centre Boulevard. The University has planned a two-story building, which will house seven classrooms, a library, chapel, computer lab, and study rooms. The new facility will hold evening classes and have a weekly student capacity of 1,000. It is expected to open October 2004.

Interiors Plus
Interiors Plus leased a 6,000-square-foot facility in July 2004 at 8781 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in Olde West Chester. This is the second West Chester location for Interiors Plus, and the original boutique is located in West Chester Centre at West Chester and Muhlhauser Roads.

Intimate Moments
Intimate Moments, provider of in-home party plans for adults, announced in June 2004 it will relocate its existing West Chester business to a new 5,450-square-foot facility at 9060 Sutton Place off Princeton-Glendale Road.

Intralink
Intralink, commercial and residential computer consulting, sales, and service, announced in November 2004 it will relocate its existing West Chester business to a 1,480-square-foot facility at 7831 Cincinnati-Dayton Road and Tylersville Road. Intralink will open at its new location January 4, 2005.

Izzy Kadetz
Izzy Kadetz, delicatessen, leased a 2,600-square-foot facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road in the new West Chester Village retail center across from Beckett Ridge Kroger in April 2004. Izzy's has been providing Cincinnati with its famous corned beef sandwich for more than 100 years.

J.F. New
J.F. New, environmental architects, leased a 624-square-foot office facility at 8080 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park on Ohio 747 during December 2004.

Jack of All Games
Jack of all Games, the largest distributor of video games software, hardware and accessories in the United States, announced in January 2004 it will expand its existing West Chester corporate headquarters and distribution center into a new 400,000-square-foot building being built at 9721 Meridian Way in World Park at Union Centre.

Johnny Carinos Country Italian
Johnny Carinos Country Italian, authentic full-service country Italian restaurant, announced in July 2004 it will build a 6,745-square-foot restaurant at 7691 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre on Cox Road.

JTF Construction
JTF Construction, commercial construction company, announced in December 2004 it will relocate its existing West Chester business to a new 6,400-square-foot facility at 4434 Muhlhauser Road in December 2004.

Just-A-Buck
Just-A-Buck, headquartered in New York, announced in November 2004 it will open a new retail store at 4870 Union Centre Pavilion Drive in the Union Centre Pavilion shopping center anchored by Bigg's.

Kastle Technologies
Kastle Technologies, a commercial installer of voice, data, video and fiber optics equipment, relocated its existing West Chester business to 8900 Beckett Road in West Chester Commerce Park. Kastle more than doubled in size leasing this 5,000-square-foot facility in March 2004.

Kels, Abdullah, C.P.A.
Abdullah Kels, C.P.A. leased a 312-square-foot office facility at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Center during May 2004.

Kenker Box Company
Kenker Box Company, a custom design and manufacturer of wooden shipping products including boxes, crates, pallets, skids and shipping vessels, relocated from Norwood in June 2004 to a 32,000-square-foot facility at 9405 Sutton Place off Princeton-Glendale Road. Kenker Box will employ 15-20 people.

Kinder Haus Toys
Kinder Haus Toys, specializing in quality toys and old-fashioned fun, announced in May 2004 it will open a new 4,800-square-foot retail store at 4962 Union Centre Pavilion Drive in the Union Centre Pavilion Shopping Center anchored by Bigg's.

Kohne O'Neill
Kohne O'Neill, management consultants, leased a 5,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility at 9852 Windisch Road in Union Commerce Center during May 2004. Union Commerce Center is owned by K & W Development.

KOI Auto Parts
KOI Auto Parts, regional auto parts store chain, announced in September 2004 it will open a 14,950-square-foot auto parts store at 4800 Interstate Drive off Princeton-Glendale Road south of Muhlhauser Road. KOI has over 60 auto parts stores operating in the tri-state area with its headquarters in Cincinnati.

Kolenich & Goode Law Firm
Kolenich & Goode Law Firm leased a 150-square-foot office facility in September 2004 at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Center.

Liberty Eyecare
Liberty Eyecare, Dr. Timothy Liette, D.O., announced in May 2004 he will open a new 1,400-square-foot full-service vision care and eyewear facility at 7604 Cox Lane in the University Pointe Medical Campus off Cox Road. The office is expected to be open by July 1, 2004. University Pointe is being developed by U.C. Physicians and Miller Valentine Group, www.mvg.com.

LifePlan LTD
LifePlan LTD., state-of-the-art economic financial planners, announced in June 2004 it will relocate its existing Fairfield company to a 1,200-square-foot office facility at 7185 Liberty Centre Drive off Cincinnati-Dayton Road at Union Crossings. The group has offices in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Midwest Cheer, an all-star cheerleading gym, announced in June 2004 it will relocate its existing West Chester business to a 15,911-square-foot facility in Schumacher Dugan's new multi-tenant building at 9677 Cincinnati-Dayton Road south of Union Centre Boulevard. Midwest Cheer has won 3 State and 4 National titles and more than doubled in size in the past year.

MMI Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of products used in North American public infrastructure and commercial/residential construction, leased a 24,000-square-foot facility at 8769 Global Way in ProLogis Park West Chester on Union Centre Boulevard during October 2004.

Montage Salon & Spa
Montage Salon & Spa, offering services for hair, image consulting including nails, facials, makeup, and massage therapy, opened a new 1,500-square-foot salon at 8117 Cincinnati-Dayton Road just north of Interstate 75 in the Fountains Center during November 2004.

Mortgage Network (The)
Mortgage Network (The), mortgage banker and broker services, leased a 2,376-square-foot facility at 8750 Union Centre Boulevard in the Lakota Professional Office Buildings during July 2004.

Nails Today
Nails Today, a full-service nail salon, announced in November 2004 it will open a 1,600-square-foot facility at 7602 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Centre on Cox and Tylersville Roads.

National City Corp
National City Corp, a Cleveland-based bank, announced in July 2004 it will construct its first Cincinnati branch at 8671 North Pavilion Drive in the Union Centre Pavilion at the corner of Union Centre Boulevard and State Route 747. Schumacher Dugan Construction Company is developing the 3,792-square-foot National City branch.

National Senior Group
National Senior Group. offering financial planning services, leased a 552-square-foot office facility at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park on Ohio 747 during December 2004.

New Age Vending
New Age Vending, operating various types of vending equipment throughout the region, announced in December it will lease a 1,250-square-foot corporate office/warehouse facility at 8611 Cincinnati-Columbus Road north of Cox Road.

Nvoque Medi-Spa
Nvoque Medi-Spa, featuring medical and relaxation services, announced in December 2004 it will open a 3,000-square-foot facility at 9443 Civic Centre Boulevard in the Streets of West Chester. Nvoque's principal staff includes a registered nurse and medical doctor. Nvoque is expected to open mid-April 2005.

Oberson's Nursery
Oberson's Nursery opened a residential and commercial full-service nursery/greenhouse facility in March 2004 at 9514 Princeton-Glendale Road just south of Port Union Road. This is Oberson's second Cincinnati location.

Ohio Bancorp
Ohio Bancorp, a mortgage broker, announced in June 2004 it will relocate its corporate headquarters to a 6,000-square-foot office facility in the new Beckett Towne Center off Princeton-Glendale Road just north of Union Centre Boulevard. Ohio Bancorp has been an existing West Chester business for five years with a branch office in Columbus, Ohio. The firm has more than doubled in size during this time. Ohio Bancorp is expected to open its new headquarters in December 2004.

Office Depot
Office Depot, a retail office supply store, announced in April 2004 a new 18,106-square-foot facility to be built at 7610 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Center at Cox and Tylersville Roads. The VOA Center is being developed by Midland Atlantic.

Oil Express
Oil Express, a full-service automotive facility, will open a new 4,722-square-foot shop at 8578 Princeton-Glendale Road in February 2004.

Once Upon A Child
Once Upon A Child, offering "Kids' Stuff with Previous Experience," announced in November 2004 it will expand its existing West Chester business to a 4,132-square-foot facility at 8101-8105 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park.

Original Pancake House
Original Pancake House, a family-owned business, announced in July 2004 it will build a 4,508-square-foot restaurant at 9403 Civic Centre Boulevard in the Streets of West Chester Development Council off Union Centre Boulevard at Interstate 75. Original Pancake House has over 90 franchises coast-to-coast.

Park National Bank
Park National Bank, specializing in commercial landing and retail banking, announced in June 2004 it will relocate its regional headquarters to a 13,000-square-foot office facility in the new Beckett Towne Center off Princeton-Glendale Road just north of Union Centre Boulevard. The facility is expected to open in December 2004.

Pediatric Associates
Pediatric Associates leased a 3,065-square-foot medical office facility at 7795 University Court in the University Pointe Medical Campus on Cox Road in January 2004. Pediatric Associates shares the building with Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa.

Penco
Penco, the largest provider of public entity insurance in the nation, announced in March 2004 it will build a new 39,434-square-foot office building at 8488 Shepherd Farm Drive in Union Centre Commerce Park. Penco is being developed by Schumacher Dugan Construction Company.

People's Community Bank
People's Community Bank continues construction on its second West Chester branch office. This 18,160-square-foot building is located at 7615 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America shopping district at Cox and Tylersville Roads. People's will occupy the first floor and will share the building with the West Chester Chamber Alliance and the Southeastern Butler County Workforce Academy. Project originally announced in 2002. Building occupancy is expected early August 2004.

Petsmart
Petsmart, the nation's leading retail supplier of pet products and services, announced in May 2004 it will open a new 20,120-square-foot store at 7574 Voice of America Drive in the Voice of America shopping district at Cox and Tylersville Roads.

Pipe Products
Pipe Products, distributor of pipes, valves, fittings and fire production products, announced in May 2004 a 40,945-square-foot expansion to its existing West Chester facility at 5122 Rialto Road off of SR 747.

Plato's Closet
Plato's Closet, a unique recycling retail store for teens and young adults, announced in November 2004 it will expand its existing West Chester business to a 2,760-square-foot facility at 8097-8099 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park.

Portrait Innovations
Portrait Innovations, a full-service portrait studio, announced in November 2004 it will open a new studio at 7614 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Shopping Centre at Cox and Tylersville Roads.

Pratt, Singer & Papakirk
Pratt, Singer & Papakirk, law firm, opened a 2,541-square-foot legal office at 9120 Union Centre Boulevard in December 2004. Pratt & Singer is located on the third floor of the new First Financial Bank center in the Union Centre Boulevard district.

Prestwick Homes leased a 312-square-foot office facility at 8050 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park on Ohio 747 during December 2004.

Primetech Communications
Primetech Communications announced in January 2004 it will lease a 6,384-square-foot office/warehouse facility at 9085 Sutton Place just south of Port Union Road.

Prodigy Title, land title agency, relocated its existing West Chester business to a 2,904-square-foot office facility at 8080 Beckett Center Drive in the CMC Beckett Office Center during September 2004.

Prominent Title Agency, real estate loan closing specialists, opened a 1,477-square-foot office at 7681 Tylers Place Boulevard off Tylersville Road in May 2004.

Protégé Delivery
Protégé Delivery, a third-party logistics company, leased a 41,000-square-foot facility at 8938 Global Way off Union Centre Boulevard in June 2004. Protége is a subsidiary of Best Buy.

Proximiti Merchandising Group
Proximiti Merchandising Group leased a 32,000-square-foot facility at 8750 Global Way in ProLogis Park at Union Centre Boulevard in November 2004.

Quiznos
Quiznos, featuring oven-roasted subs, announced in December 2004 it will open a new 1,460-square-foot restaurant at 9336 Union Centre Boulevard in the US Bank Financial Centre. This will be Quiznos' second West Chester location. Quiznos is also located next to Bigg's at Union Centre Boulevard and Ohio 747.

Quality Curb
Quality Curb, landscape and concrete border specialists, leased a 14,325-square-foot facility at 8490 Cincinnati-Columbus Road in July 2004.

Redox Brands, Inc.
Redox Brands, Inc., developer of under-valued name brand consumer cleaning products such as Oxydol and Biz, announced in May 2004 it will expand its existing West Chester business to include a 67,200-square-foot warehouse facility at 9449 Glades Drive in Glades Park off Muhlhauser Road. Soccer Village, a retail provider of soccer related products and services, announced in June 2004 it opened a new 3,020-square-foot facility at 7743 Tylersville Road at Cox Road in the Bigg Lots shopping center. This is Soccer Village's fourth Cincinnati location.

Source One Health Techologies, the largest distributor of medical imaging equipment, supplies and accessories, announced in November 2004 it will open a 25,600-square-foot warehouse facility at 4434 Muhlhauser Road west of Princeton-Glendale Road at Inter-Ocean Drive.

Sports Clips, specializing in men's and boy's haircuts, announced in October 2004 it will open a new 1,250-square-foot hair salon on Cox Lane in the Tylersville Corner retail center being developed by Midland Atlantic.

Sprint Store announced in January 2004 it will open a 2,144-square-foot phone store at 7682 Voice of America Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre at Cox and Tylersville Roads.

Square Framer Gallery & Décor leased a 1,600-square-foot facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road in West Chester Village Retail Center on Ohio 747 (Beckett District) in July 2004. Square Framer is relocating from Main Street in Hamilton.

State Farm Insurance
State Farm Insurance announced in September 2004 it will relocate its existing West Chester business to a 1,400-square-foot office condominium at 4932 Wunnenberg Way in the new Beckett Building at Union Centre. State Farm plans to open this facility in November 2004. Beckett Builders developed this new 10,088-square-foot building.

Steak 'n Shake
Steak 'n Shake, founded in 1934 and currently operating in 18 states, announced in October 2004 it will open a 6,700-square-foot restaurant at 9414 Civic Centre Boulevard in the Streets of West Chester.

Steak Thyme Subs
Steak Thyme Subs, certified Angus Beef specialists offering Philly steak and chicken subs, leased a 2,000-square-foot restaurant facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road in the West Chester Village Retail Center on Ohio 747 (Beckett District) in July 2004. Steak Thyme is expected to open by November 1, 2004.

Stratus Group
Stratus Group, printers and converters of lightweight folding cartons for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, announced in June 2004 it will relocate it existing West Chester business to an 8,800-square-foot facility at 8740 Global Way off Union Centre Boulevard. The Stratus Group has 60 employees.

Sterling Land Title
Sterling Land Title, a full-service land title agency, leased a 1,200-square-foot facility in July 2004 at the Marketplace of West Chester retail center at the University Pointe Medical Campus on Cox Road.

Superior Technical Resource
Superior Technical Resource, an employment recruitment firm, announced in June 2004 it will relocate its existing Blue Ash facility to an 847-square-foot office facility at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park.

Sur-Tech Investigations leased a 3,400-square-foot office facility at 9753 Crescent Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park during January 2004.

Tapestry Gifts, an upscale gift, card and candle store, announced in April 2004 it will relocate its Mariemont store to a 1,500-square-foot retail facility in The Streets of West Chester at Union Center Boulevard. Tapestry Gifts is expected to open by July 2004. The Streets of West Chester is being developed by Continental Development.

T.J. Maxx
T.J. Maxx, a retail clothing store, announced a new 30,000-square-foot store will be built at 7572 Voice of America Centre Drive in the VOA Center at Cox and Tylersville Roads. The VOA Center is being developed by Midland Atlantic.

TLC Tree Services
TLC Tree Services, a lawn and garden equipment supplier, opened a new facility at 7915 Cincinnati-Dayton Road west of Interstate 75.

Tikka-n-Kabab Restaurant
Tikka-n-Kabab Restaurant opened a new 1,688-square-foot restaurant at 6892 Tylersville Road at Cincinnati-Dayton Road in January 2004.

Trinadgey
Trinadgey, offering residential and commercial information technology services, announced in November 2004 it opened an office facility at 6669 Fountains Boulevard off Cincinnati-Dayton Road. A new retail location for Trinadgey is coming first quarter 2005.

Tropicana
Tropicana announced plans in January 2004 to add 1,409-square-feet of additional office space to their existing West Chester facility at 10121 Princeton-Glendale Road.

True Form Athletic Club
True Form Athletic Club leased a 4,205-square-foot facility in July 2004 at 6088 West Chester Road in the West Chester Centre at the corner of Muhlhauser and West Chester Roads.

Tylersville Corner
Tylersville Corner, being developed by Midland Atlantic, announced a new 27,900-square-foot retail center will be built on the northwest corner of Cox and Tylersville Roads. The center is currently leasing and expects to open January 2005.

UC Physicians
UC Physicians announced it will begin construction on three new 22,161-square-foot medical office buildings this year at the University Pointe Medical Campus on Cox Road. The UC Internal Medicine Sleep Clinic has announced it will occupy 7,000-square-feet of one of these buildings. Miller Valentine Group is the developer for these projects.

Ugicom, a medical staffing agency, leased a 312-square-foot office facility at 8080 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Beckett Office Park on Ohio 747 during December 2004.

Union Centre Retail Plaza
Union Centre Retail Plaza, a new 16,300-square-foot retail center, being developed by Schumacher Dugan Construction Company at 9223 Floer Drive just off Union Centre Boulevard west of Interstate 75.

United Nails, full-service nail salon, opened a 1,350-square-foot facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road in West Chester Village Retail Center in Auust 2004.

Ventilex USA, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of fluid bed dryers, coolers and sterilization systems, leased a 1,469-square-foot office facility at 8106 Beckett Center Drive in CMC Office Park during March 2004.

Vintage Land & Title
Vintage Land & Title, a full-service land title agency, announced in June 2004 it will relocate its existing West Chester business to a new 1,200 square foot office facility in the new Beckett Towne Center off Princeton-Glendale Road just north of Union Centre Boulevard. The office is expected to open in December 2004.

Volvo Rents
Volvo Rents, heavy equipment sales and rentals, relocated its existing West Chester business to a 12,000-square-foot facility at 4764 Ashley Drive off Princeton-Glendale Road south of Port Union Road in August 2004.

Walgreens
Walgreens, national drug store chain, announced in December 2004 it will build a new 14,820-square-foot retail location at 7790 Tylersville Road on the northwest corner of Cox and Tylersville Roads. This project is being developed by Anchor Properties.

Warren-Role, Teri, Ph.D.
Warren-Role, Teri, Ph.D., clinical psychologist, relocated her existing West Chester practice from Beckett Office Park to an 812-square-foot medical office facility at 7681 Tyler's Place Boulevard in the Wetherington District during February 2004.

WashPro Express
WashPro Express announced in July 2004 it will build a 7,467-square-foot facility at 8651 North Pavilion Drive in the Union Centre Pavilion Shopping Center anchored by Bigg's.

Wellington Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine
Wellington Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine, premier provider of specialized care for bones, muscles and joints in Greater Cincinnati, announced in August 2004 it will occupy a 10,795-square-feet of a 20,223-square-foot building to be constructed at 8737 Union Centre Boulevard in the new Chappell Crossings mixed-use development on Union Centre Boulevard. This project is being co-developed by Chappco and DA Development. More information about Chappell Crossings will be in next month's edition.

West Chester Bakery Café
West Chester Bakery Café announced in January 2004 it will open a new 1,350-square-foot restaurant at 8179 "G" Princeton-Glendale Road in the new West Chester Village Retail center across from Beckett Commons.

West Chester Eyecare
West Chester Eyecare, full service vision care and eyewear provider, announced in May 2004 it is relocating its existing West Chester business to a 1,710-square-foot facility at 8179 Princeton-Glendale Road in the West Chester Village Retail Center across from Beckett Commons, its current location. The office is expected to be open by September 2004.

West Chester Library
West Chester Library announced in May 2004 it will begin a 540-square-foot expansion of its existing facility at 7900 Cox Road just south of Tylersville Road.

Wetherington Family Medicine
Wetherington Family Medicine, a primary family medical practice, announced in April 2004 it will construct a new 7,887-square-foot medical building on a 1.5 acre parcel at 7589 Tylers Place Boulevard off Tylersville Road west of Interstate 75. This location is two doors down from its existing West Chester facility. The project is being developed by Miller-Valentine Group.

Wieland & Associates
Wieland & Associates financial services and asset management company, leased a 2,134-square-foot office space at 9050 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park in March 2004.

Windsor Custom Closets
Windsor Custom Closets, a custom designer and installer of closets, pantries, laundry, garage, and home-office closets, opened a 1,500-square-foot facility at 6929 Tylersville Road at Cincinnati-Dayton Road in March 2004.

Windsor Republic Door
Windsor Republic Door announced in May 2004 it opened a 13,000-square-foot garage door distribution facility at 2921 E. Crescentville Road. Windsor relocated to this facility from its Erlanger, Kentucky location.

Wurth Service Supply, industrial fasteners distributor, announced in April 2005 it will open a 25,000-square-foot facility at 9910 Charter Park Drive in Schumacher Commerce Park off Allen Road.
