Air-Tite Windows
Air-Tite Windows is starting construction of a brand new 96,000 square foot building to house their administrative, manufacturing, and warehousing operations. This existing West Chester business, that manufactures and installs custom made replacement windows, has elected to expand its operations here in the Township. This building, with I-75 frontage, is located in WC Development Council Partner, Miller Valentine Group's Beacon Pointe Business Park.

Alliant Foodservice, Inc.
Alliant Foodservice, Inc., the country's second largest institutional food distributor, will nearly double its existing operation in West Chester, including additional office, dry food, refrigerated, and freezer space. This facility serves business in a two hundred mile radius, including businesses in Columbus, Indianapolis, Lexington, Dayton, and West Virginia.

Beiersdorf, Inc.
Beiersdorf, Inc.'s new facility in West Chester is a 252,000 square foot national distribution center for sister companies, Beiersdorf US and Futuro, Inc. Products distributed from West Chester includes Curad Bandages and Nivea skin products. Beiersdorf selected a West Chester site over competing locations in Memphis, Tennessee and Charlotte, North Carolina. The building is being leased from WC Development Council Partner, Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation, and located in their Union Township park, World Park.

Campbell Soup Company
Campbell Soup Company will open a 10,000 square foot regional sales office in West Chester. This project will expand their current West Chester office space. This building was constructed and is owned by WC Development Council Partner, Schumacher Dugan Construction, Inc. and is located in the Schumacher Commerce Park.

Cintas
Cintas, a top national company in the Uniform and Apparel business, is opening a call center in West Chester, employing about 125 people. This operation will compile information and conduct research on potential customers. The company is leasing space in a building owned and managed by WC Development Council Partner, D.A. Development, Inc.

Crescent Park Distribution Center
Crescent Park Distribution Centers is expanding its current 400,000 square foot building in West Chester by an additional 200,000 square feet. This expansion will create an additional 75 employment positions in West Chester and is being constructed by WC Development Council Partner, Schumacher Dugan Construction, Inc. in the Schumacher Business Park.

Escort, Inc.
Escort, Inc., producer of the famous escort radar and laser detectors, will move its entire operations, including the corporate headquarters and assembly operations, to West Chester. The company will employ over 70 people and lease 24,000 square feet in a building owned and leased by WC Development Council Partner, D.A. Development, Inc.

Flex Tech Packaging
Flex Tech Packaging selected West Chester as the location for their start-up flexible packaging facility. The company will occupy over 25,000 square feet and employ approximately 35 people when fully operational.

Frito-Lay, Inc.
Frito-Lay, Inc. has recently moved their Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kentucky sales and distribution operations into a new 30,000 square foot building in West Chester. Once again, this project involves the expansion of an existing West Chester operation by a well known and operated corporation. The building is located in WC Development Council Partner, Miller Valentine Group's Beacon Pointe Business Park.

General Electric Company
General Electric Company's subsidiary, Power Generation Services, is relocating facilities from Springdale, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois, to an 85,000 square foot building in West Chester. This facility, which will employ about 50 people, will be General Electric's second West Chester facility, joining the existing Cincinnati Apparatus Service Center. Once again, a top American company continues to find West Chester a profitable location to expand.

Planes Moving and Storage
Planes Moving and Storage will continue to be headquartered in West Chester as they have selected a site in the Township for their expanded operation. The company will construct a 175,000 square foot building, including 25,000 square feet of office space. UT Development Council Partner, Schumacher Dugan Construction, Inc. has been selected to construct the building.

Pole Zero Corporation
Pole Zero Corporation is adding an additional 16,000 square feet to their existing building in West Chester. The company designs and produces tunable filters for the electronic communications market. The company expects that over 50% of its business will come through exporting its products, including a major contract from South Korea. The project will significantly increase its production manufacturing area, leading to the creation of over 100 new jobs.

Republic Wire, Inc.
Republic Wire, Inc. will double its manufacturing and distribution space with the completion of the current expansion project. This company, locating in West Chester in 1994, manufactures and distributes electric wire for the construction and utility industries. The project will double the company's existing workforce to at least 70 employees.

Restaurant Management, Inc.
Restaurant Management, Inc., the area franchiser of Arby's Restaurants, has moved to West Chester from Blue Ash, Ohio. The new 10,000 square foot office building was constructed by WC Development Council Partner, Al Neyer, Inc. and is located in WC Development Council Partner, Great Traditions Land and Development Company's Wetherington Golf and Country Club mixed use development.

Shepherd Color Company, The
The Shepherd Color Company continues to grow in West Chester. The company is currently undergoing its fourth expansion in the last 10 years. This current expansion will increase total building space and investment at the site by over 50%. The building is being constructed by WC Development Council Partner, Miller Valentine Group.

Totes Isotoner
Totes Isotoner selected West Chester as the location of their new corporate headquarters and North American distribution facility. The new building will total 452,000 square feet and house nearly 300 employees, including over in the 100 corporate office. The project is being built and leased by WC Development Council Partner, Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation.

Xerox Corporation
Xerox Corporation is moving its two existing parts repair centers, from Pennsylvania and Arkansas, to one of its West Chester facilities on International Boulevard. This operation will occupy a portion of the 108,000 square feet of space that Xerox leases at this location. This project demonstrates the company's belief that West Chester is a profitable business location, and will result in the creation of an additional 50 employment positions and the investment of nearly $3,000,000.
